Welcome back, my lovely friends, and happy Tuesday! Today is, on the 12th of May Mike Tyson sent to me two pictures of oatmeal and a picture of a minion with bananas Tuesday. Today, I woke up early. Soon after waking up, I enjoyed a nice breakfast while watching Scott & Bailey. Not too long after breakfast, I began my session with my coach and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. We had a nice session today, we played a budgeting game, I practiced some meditation, and yeah the session was really just great. Soon after my session, my mom & I took a walk it was really nice. When we arrived home, I took a nice shower. After my shower, I relaxed. Tonight for dinner, I enjoyed gluten-free General Tso's, and gluten-free sesame chicken, and for dessert, I had ice cream & cookies. Also, during I watched Scott & Bailey, I know I'm a lucky girl.
