Happy Easter to all who celebrate! Today, to begin my day I posted my daily post on Facebook and then watched Scott & Bailey. Know I'm off to bed since its literally 1:00 AM. Today, I got to sleep in, I know I'm a lucky girl. Today, I got to enjoy a nice breakfast while watching CBS Sunday Morning with my mom. For a pre-dinner appetizer, I enjoyed a nice pasta meal, and for dessert, I had a blueberry mug muffin cake for dessert. Not too long after my appetizer, I took a nice shower. Today, I also got to watch Scott & Bailey, and it was absolutely fabulous. For dinner tonight, I enjoyed a nice wild-caught pink salmon salad with chopped celery, and scallion and celery hearts, and shredded carrot, and fresh lemon served on a Wasa with Sesame and sea salt cracker. I also had kale & arugula salad with balsamic dressing, and for dessert, I enjoyed some nice gluten-free cookies. (In French.)
