Welcome back my wonderful friends, today is on, the 30th of April 2020, John Travolta sent to me three pictures of Crab Quiches and a picture of The 1955 Ford Thunderbird Thursday. Today I woke late, so upon waking up I began session with my coach. During my session, I enjoyed a nice breakfast. For breakfast, I had an oats and honey Kind bar, a raspberry coccunt yoghurt with blueberries inside the yoghurt, and a nice cup of decaffeinated coffee with vanilla coccunt coccunt milk . When my session with my coach was over, I enjoyed a turkey sandwich , & some chips. After lunch, I took a nice shower, and it was absolutely wonderful. After my shower, I did some writing .After my shower, I did some writing for a little while, I posted my daily post on Facebook. Soon after, posting my daily post, I enjoyed a nice snack . For snack, I had vanilla coccunt yoghurt with granola inside the yoghurt, and gluten free cookies, and it was fabulous. Soon after snack time, it was dinner time. For dinner, I enjoyed two bowls of Italian wedding soup made by my beautiful mother. Overall, my wonderful friends it was an awesome day neighborhood! I hope you all had a great day as well!
