Bonjour, my wonderful friends, and happy humpday! Today is, on the 29th of April, Isaiah Washington sent to me three pictures of Sandra Oh, and a picture of Ellen https://youtu.be/9VpMf_v5N9oDeGeneres Wednesday.  I hope you all had wonderful. This morning, I woke up late, I literally woke up five minutes before I had to begin session with my life skills coach. While I was on with my coach, I enjoyed a nice breakfast,  vanilla coconut yoghurt with blueberries inside the yoghurt and, a salami sandwich on gluten-free bread. Today, my coach and I just talked and it was really nice. When my session with my coach was over, I had some time to spare before my awesome writing zoom call! So during my spare time, before the call, I prepped my lunch. Finally, it was time for the call, as usual, we listened to the speaker for the day, and then did a prompt the speaker shared with us. After a while, we broke up into groups, I broke up into a group with the co-leader and the leader of the event, and shared some of my writing which they really liked! During the call, I enjoyed a nice lunch, sausages, blueberry coconut yoghurt, and strawberries it was wonderful! When the call was over, I took a nice shower, after my shower, I posted my daily post on Facebook. After posting my daily post on Facebook, I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee & a chocolate muffin while watching Scott & Bailey, it was fabulous! Tonight, before I sat down to a nice dinner, I took another nice shower! Finally, it was dinner time, tonight for dinner I had more sausages while watching Scott & Bailey. Overall, my fabulous friends, it was a great day in my neighbourhood! I love you, folks, and hope your all staying safe during this epidemic! Lots of love xx Ari Tizer <333
