What's up, folks? It's been a pretty darn good week. This week I was able to spend time with my loving family. We brought in the new year in a beautiful way. I got to make some amazing gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes. How lucky am I, folks, I got to have my wonderful chocolate chip pancakes with some delicious sausage for my lunch today it was wonderful. Also, in today's blog, I'm going to tell you, folks, a little bit about my self. 1. I have a passion for technology and cooking. 2. I'm half Israeli, my father is from Israel. 3. Born and raised in The Big Apple. 4. I have a twin sister named Rachel who I love to death.  5. I really enjoy sushi 🍣🙃.
